RC of Sailing Members Update, Jan 29

To All MYC Members,

On the 22nd January 2020 the MYC / SCYC Combined Sailing Committee met and ratified some minor changes to the26 South Fleet Notice of Race (NOR) and Sailing Instructions (SIs) and Sailing Calendar. Below is a summary of the changes.

(i) The postal address for SCYC has been updated in the NOR Clause 18.
(ii) The Sign-on clause of Attachment A of the SIs for WAMS and WAMS-NPS has been modified to be the same as that of Attachment B – “All boats must sign on by radio or in person no later than half an hour after the Sign-On time of 1130.”.
(iii) The Short Course Series (SCS) has been removed from the Sailing Calendar and therefore removed from NOR Clause 13, 26 South Fleet Annual Prizes.
(iv) Resail of the postponed LHS Race #1 has been agreed to held on to Sunday 05 April 2020 and has been added to the Sailing Calendar.
(v) The Hart Cup (Manly-Mooloolaba Race) on the Sailing Calendar has been moved to Saturday, 2 May 2020.
(vi) RQYS have cancelled their Commodores Cup for 2020 therefore the Commodores Cup has been removed from the calendar.
