Youth Squad

Take your sailing to next level by joining the MYC’s Youth Squad. Learn keelboat handling skills and Match Racing before lining up for selection to represent the club and the Sunshine Coast at intra-, inter-state and national youth events.

Basic sailing knowledge is required and a desire to learn more and race!

Squad members will be rotated through different boat positions. A willingness to learn and compete.

• For ages 12 and upwards
• Sundays 9am to 12pm
• Starts October 10 and runs fortnightly through to December 19. The program restarts on January 9.
• COST is $40 per session for MYC members, $50 per session for non-members (may include up to 5 SailPass). Cost covers insurance, boat hire, RIB hire and coach.
