Women’s Skills Development- another great day on the water
Ladies enjoyed progressing their light wind sailing & trimming skills on Saturday February 10th under the direction of Canadian Olympian (Laser Radial) athlete Danielle Kennedy.
Kites were flying and being gybed as the ladies wove their way along the Mooloolah River and around the anchored vessels, searching the water for the telltale signs of where the wind was best. It was a lot of fun and a lot was learnt both on the water & in the club/class room both before setting out and during the debrief afterwards.
