Clubroom Hire
The Mooloolaba Yacht Club offers an ideal venue for functions and events. The Clubroom itself, located upstairs at The Wharf, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Mooloolah River – can be hired for private events including:
- Parties
- Weddings and celebrations
- End of year functions
- Meetings, conferences, workshops.
Features include: (for up to 60people)
- Tables (Dining tables seating up to 6, high bar tables with stools)
- Large screen television (65”)
- Speakers and microphone
- Tablecloths
- Red entry carpet
- All glassware, drinkware for cold drinks
- Cold water dispenser
- Bar staff (RSA certified) if required
- Bar stock (a selection of beers, wines, pre-mixed alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, sparkling water- this can be tailored to your preferences)
- Eftpos
- Bar tab facilities
- Tea and coffee making facilities
- Domestic fridge with freezer
- Microwave
- Sink, rubbish bins
What you will need to provide (if required):
- Decorations (must be removed at the end of the function)
- Food (there are many eateries able to cater for your event located in the Wharf precinct -list below, or provide your own)
- Flatware, cutlery, napkins etc if required.
- Entertainment (videos, photo carousels etc for large screen television if required)
- Music- (your favourite playlist for blue toothing to speakers)

- Extended liquor licence fees
