Still time to enter Women’s Keelboat Regatta
With lockdowns preventing travel for interstate sailors, there are still limited entries available for both teams and individuals in the Mooloolaba Women’s Keelboat Regatta, to be held July 30 to August 1.
The event – in its third year – is open to teams of three or four women, racing the Mooloolaba Yacht Club’s fleet of Elliott 6 keelboats on the challenging Mooloolah River short course.
“In previous years, we’ve welcomed women from around the country – it’s a fun weekend of stiff competition and wonderful camaraderie, and we’re looking forward to another great regatta this year,” said MYC Commodore and regatta skipper, Tanya Kelly.
Entries sold out within hours last year, so don’t miss this chance for some fun and challenging sailing on the beautiful Mooloolah River.
