Covid-19 Update for All MYC Members

From 5pm 29 March 2021, members who have been in the greater Brisbane region since, and including, the 20 March 2021 will be subject to home confinement restrictions.

The impacted Local Government Areas are:

• City of Brisbane (PDF)
• City of Ipswich (PDF)
• Logan City (PDF)
• Moreton Bay Region (PDF)
• Redland City (PDF)

Anyone who has been in these areas on or since 20 March must follow the restrictions detailed on the Queensland Government Covid-19 Update Site as if living in the greater Brisbane region. This includes the sections:

Masks for Queensland (all of Queensland including Greater Brisbane)
Reasons to leave home Greater Brisbane during the lockdown period
Restricted areas movements – in and out

Consequently, if this applies to your circumstances, please do not attend the MYC Clubroom nor participate in any MYC Sailing Activities until restrictions are reduced or the lockdown has been lifted.
