New crew and helm Discover Sailing dates

Great news! There are now more Discover Sailing Start Crewing and Start Helming courses available in September through to December.

Start Crewing

This introductory course is the best way to learn the basics of sailing and to discover sailing at Mooloolaba Yacht Club. No prior sailing experience is necessary.

Next weekday and weekend course dates are –

Start Helming

You get familiar with the boat and the key responsibilities of being a helmsman as well as learning the effect of steering on the sails and gain a basic understanding of the effects of steering.
