Mooloolaba Women’s Regatta now scheduled for October
Due to the current COVID-19 crisis, regrettably our Winter Regatta scheduled for 26 to 28 June 2020 has been cancelled. We look forward to welcoming you back to our event in June 2021.
With the gradual easing of restrictions, we are looking forward to resuming sailing activities in a few months’ time.
We are excited to announce that we are planning to hold a Mooloolaba Women’s Spring Regatta from 30 October to 1 November 2020. Of course, this will be subject to the then prevailing Government restrictions and directions.
The event is open to all clubs with the proviso that it may not proceed at short notice. As you know, things can change very quickly. Therefore we are planning a low key event with a maximum of 8 teams. Entries will be open from 21 September.
Please send us an expression of interest if you would like to participate and we’ll keep you updated.
What a great way to get back into our favourite sport … in the beautiful warm waters of Mooloolaba! We look forward to welcoming you. Till then, let’s all do our part …. and stay well!
